Hostlynk provides managed WordPress hosting and optional AI add-on services to your business. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your login, the content you publish, and keeping your contact and billing details current.
You can pay monthly, or prepay a 1, 2 or 3 year term at a lower rate. Whichever you choose, the rate you sign up at is the rate you keep for as long as you stay on that plan — we do not raise it at renewal. Monthly plans continue until you cancel. For prepaid terms we send a renewal invoice before the term ends, so nothing is charged without notice. Where a setup fee applies, it is charged once at signup.
You can cancel at any time by contacting us or raising a request from your client area. On a monthly plan, cancelling stops the next payment. On a prepaid term, we refund the unused whole months — see the Refund Policy for the detail.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.
